SRA Transparency Rules & Cost Information

 The SRA Transparency Rules 2018 require authorised firms to provide clear and concise information to clients about the services they offer, the costs involved, and any potential outcomes.This applies to representation at the Magistrates’s Court in relation to summary only motoring offences under Part 1 of the Road Traffic Act 1988 and s89 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.

Many other driving offences that may not fall under Part 1 of the Road Traffic Act 1988 or section 89 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. These can include offences such as driving without due care and attention, driving while using a mobile phone, and driving without a valid MOT certificate. Fees:

Legal aid is a form of government-provided financial assistance to help individuals who cannot afford to pay for legal representation to access legal services. However, not everyone is eligible for legal aid, and in cases where legal aid isn't available, clients have the option to pay for our services privately.

Fees for motoring offences which are usually heard in the Magistrates Court (Summary only offences) are detailed below. Our fees are inclusive of 20% VAT.
